Enrollment Process

How Do I Enroll?

FaithWay Christian Academy welcomes students interested in a Christian education, who are found qualified for admission, and who agree and whose parents agree that the students shall abide by the rules and philosophy of the school. It must always be understood that attendance at FCA is a privilege and not a right.

The information on this page is provided to walk you through the enrollment process. If you are in need of any help with these steps, our friendly office staff is prepared to answer your questions and assist you all along the way.  Please contact us by calling (812) 479-5342.

Enrollment Process

1

Schedule an Interview & Tour

After reviewing our Admissions Requirements, please call the school office to arrange a meeting with our school principal and take a tour of our campus. This introductory meeting takes about an hour. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and meet our principal and teachers.

2

Complete the Enrollment Form

Create an FCA Parent account and complete the Enrollment Application. If you need help creating an FCA Family Account or filling out forms, please review our FCA Portal Tutorials. Payments can be made online or through the school office. Enrollment is not complete until this fee is paid.

3

Request Letters of Recommendations (Grade 7/8)

Applicants entering 7th/8th grade should contact their pastors, children’s pastors, school teachers, or Sunday School teachers for letters of recommendation. We value these letters of recommendation as honest sentiments of a student’s Christian character, attitude, and work ethic. You can direct teachers or spiritual leaders to email their letters of recommendations to info@faithway.academy.

4

Schedule Placement Testing

Upon the completion of your forms and payment of enrollment fee, we will contact you to schedule placement testing for your child(ren).

5

Submit Important School Records

Please submit your child’s school records and transcripts. Your application will be reviewed by our Admissions Team, and we will inform you in writing of your final acceptance.

6

Prepare for the School Year

Refer to the parent forms, supply list, uniform information, and calendar of events in order to plan for a successful school year.
