Your first step is to create your FACTS Family Portal account. You will use Family Portal to access and complete your student’s Enrollment Packet. If you already have a FACTS Family Portal account, you can skip to the Access Your Enrollment Packet section below.

Create Your Family Portal Login

1. Go to the FACTS Family Portal.
2. Select Create New Family Portal Account.
3. Enter the email address you provided on your application to FaithWay Christian Academy.
4. Click Create Account.
5. You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support with a link to create your username and password.
6. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
7. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your account setup.

Access Your Enrollment Packet

Once your Family Portal account has been created:

1. Go to the FACTS Family Portal.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If you have forgotten your username or password, use the Forgot Username or Password? link.
4. From the left-side navigation menu, select Apply/Enroll.
5. Select Enrollment/Reenrollment.
6. Follow the instructions to begin your Enrollment Packet.

After your student has been approved for enrollment, you will receive access to the Enrollment Packet through FACTS Family Portal. The packet should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

If you are enrolling multiple students, please complete the Enrollment Packet for one student at a time. Your family information will carry over to additional students, making the process quicker and easier.

The Enrollment Packet includes the information and forms needed to officially enroll your student, including:

1. Required student and family information
2. Health and immunization records
3. Emergency contact information
4. Required school forms and agreements
5. FACTS tuition payment plan setup
6. Other required enrollment documentation

Parents will also be required to pay the enrollment fee when submitting the Enrollment Packet.

Your student’s enrollment is not considered complete until the Enrollment Packet has been submitted and the enrollment fee has been paid.

Families applying for or receiving an Indiana Choice Scholarship must complete the required Indiana Residence Verification Form.

If your student qualifies for an Indiana Choice Scholarship, you will receive a Choice Scholarship Award Letter. Parents/guardians must review and sign the award letter to complete the scholarship process.

Once your enrollment is underway, it’s time to get your student ready for the school year! Be sure to purchase all required school uniforms and school supplies before the first day of school.
